The owner of the sole proprietor must do the following on a yearly basis:

1) Ensure the business and premises licensed are renew on time and not expired.

2) Proper documentation of all commercial transactions, such as sales invoices, purchase invoices, expense invoices, and payroll expense.

3) Prepare the sole proprietor's accounting records for every calendar year.

4) Prepare and distribute the Form EA to every employee to notify them of their annual remuneration.

5) Prepare and submit the particular of employees included the number of employees and annual remuneration to Inland Revenue Board via Form E.

6) Prepare, declare and submit income tax return to the Inland Revenue Board via Form B.

   Form EA - Before the last day of February.
   Form E - Before the last day of 31/03. [N1]
   Form B - Before the last day of 30/06. [N2]

6) Every partner must declare and submit their individual income tax return to the Inland Revenue Board via Form BE.

7) Prepare and submit the limited liabilities partnership's income tax return via Form PT.

All the directors of the company are responsible for ensuring compliance and doing the following on a yearly basis:

1) Proper documentation of all commercial transactions, such as sales invoices, purchase invoices, D.O., expense invoices, and payroll expense.

2) Prepare the annual limited liability company's accounting records in accordance with the applicable financial reporting standards.

3) Lodgment of company Annual Return to Company Commission of Malaysia.

4) Arrangement of the external auditor for audit of the company's financial statements after the end of the financial year.

5) Prepare and distribute the Form EA to every employee to notify them of their annual remuneration.

6) Prepare and submit the particular of employees included the number of employees and annual remuneration to Inland Revenue Board via Form E.

7) Every director must prepare, declare and submit their individual income tax return to the Inland Revenue Board via Form BE.

8) Tax agent prepare company's tax computation and to submit the income tax return for the year of assessment to Inland Revenue Board via Form C.

9) Submit or revise the estimated income tax payable for the following year of assessment to the Inland Revenue Board via Form CP204/204A.
